Beth is a multifaceted operational and strategy leader and executive team member with broad expertise in operations, investor relations, finance, M&A transactions, and corporate realignments.

She has served as a respected advisor to multiple CEOs, CFOs and boards and as a collaborative member of teams focused on enhancing operating efficiency and profitability through strategic and process change. She is also a relationship builder who excels at creating order from complex situations, articulating strategy to the marketplace, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Beth’s career has spanned leadership roles in investor and public relations, finance operations, and as chief of staff and chief administrative officer, serving across the education, real estate, technology, professional services, manufacturing, and banking sectors. During her tenure leading best-in-class investor relations programs, she ensured smooth executive transitions, expanded research coverage, facilitated large-scale M&A transactions, and implemented targeted outreach initiatives.

At PharmaCann, as Chief Administrative Officer, Beth implemented plans to expand the business and enhance operational infrastructure, processes, and organizational structure, doubling the company's size. Additionally, as interim Chief Human Resources Officer, I led restructuring efforts, pandemic response plans, and leadership development initiatives.

As the Vice President, Investor Relations at CDW, a $17 billion, Fortune 200 company, she served as the liaison to the investment community and advisor to senior management. In that role, she implemented a proactive global investor targeting initiative and cultivated new buy- and sell-side relationships.

Previously, as Vice President, Investor Relations and Finance Operations at Adtalem Global Education, she developed and implemented a shared service operation, realigning the organization to improve service levels, enhance employee engagement, and increase efficiency. She also worked with a cross-functional team to implement an environmental, social, and governance approach.

As Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President, Investor Relations with Apollo Education Group, she was instrumental in the sale to a consortium of private equity investors in a complex, public-to-private transaction, from initial sale process and due diligence to obtaining Department of Education, accreditor, and shareholder approval. Beth also played an integral role in facilitating a $39 billion merger while Senior Vice President, Investor and Public Relations, with Equity Office Properties.

Beth’s entrepreneurial side is reflected in a career path that includes co-founding Park Lane Advisors and serving as Principal of Coronelli Advisors.

Beth holds an Master of Liberal Arts from The University of Chicago, an Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Iowa State University.
