Serve as a hands-on resource for proxy solicitation, activist and dissent shareholder interaction, and M&A transactions.
Assess investor relations program and provide targeted actions to refine program, increase awareness, and support appropriate valuation.

Provide a hands-on, collaborative approach to develop and implement operational and strategic plans.
Enable the adoption of a successful change management plan.
Analyze key financial and business metrics and take action to increase revenue and profitability.
Drive employee engagement and help build a roll-up-your-sleeves culture of kindness, caring, and inclusion.
Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)
Implement an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting approach.
Coordinate a cross-functional team to spearhead ESG efforts and mobilize champions.
Facilitate engagement with third-party reporting issuers.
