  • Cultivate new buy- and sell-side relationships.

  • Expand research coverage and implement targeted domestic and global investor outreach initiatives with measurable performance indicators.

  • Build and maintain relationships with buy- and sell-side analysts, portfolio managers, private equity and individual investors, corporate access teams, exchanges, regulatory bodies, rating agencies, vendors, and advisors.

  • Provide feedback to management team and board of directors regarding the investment community’s perception of company initiatives and results.

  • Manage quarterly earnings process, collaboratively developing comprehensive materials, including call scripts, releases, SEC filings, results reports, Q&A, presentations, and financial modeling.

  • Serve as a hands-on resource for proxy solicitation, activist and dissent shareholder interaction, and M&A transactions.

  • Assess investor relations program and provide targeted actions to refine program, increase awareness, and support appropriate valuation.

  • Provide a hands-on, collaborative approach to develop and implement operational and strategic plans.

  • Enable the adoption of a successful change management plan.

  • Analyze key financial and business metrics and take action to increase revenue and profitability.

Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)

 
  • Implement an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting approach.

  • Coordinate a cross-functional team to spearhead ESG efforts and mobilize champions.

  • Facilitate engagement with third-party reporting issuers.

  • Communicate company actions to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide support throughout the transaction process, including presentation development for potential buyers, due diligence coordination, stakeholder approvals,

  • Coordinate internal and external communications with employees, customers, shareholders, buyers and sellers, advisors, and regulatory and approval bodies.

  • Support pre- and post-close integration.

  • Serve as a member of the deal team, facilitating the process to ensure a collaborative and successful close.

  • Mentor high potential leaders and serve as a sounding board to identify the next right step.
